To educate and motivate clients of all ages to reach their fitness and health goals in a fun, energetic environment. I focus on all aspects of a healthy lifestyle; mind, body & soul! I offer one on one training, partner training, small group training and sport specific training; focusing on speed, agility & quickness, core & flexibility, plyometrics, power, strength & endurance.
Spending time with family & friends, gardening, cooking, hiking, camping, church, personal development, strength training & cheering on my 4 kids at hockey, soccer, horseback riding, golf & lacrosse!
