Boot Camp

Level: All
Improve your strength and stamina through a rugged workout of sports drills, weights, jumping rope, boxing, circuits and interval training

BODYPUMP®

BODYPUMP® will get you lean, toned and fit. By using light to moderate weights, this high repetition workout will make your entire body happy to be alive. Instructors will coach you through moves and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You will leave feeling challenged and wanting to come back for more.

BODYSTEP®

BODYSTEP® is a full body, cardio workout that targets your butt and thighs. Thanks to the cardio blocks that push fat burning systems into high gear, BODYSTEP® will get your heart rate up and increase cardio fitness. Step into class and burn calories while you improve coordination and agility.

HIIT

Level: All
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a dynamic workout that alternates between periods of intense aerobic activity and fixed periods of less intense exercises or complete rest. It is an effective way to burn fat while increasing both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance. HIIT workouts have also been proven to speed up your metabolism.

Cycle/Spinning

Level: All
Build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance and burn calories like crazy in this athletic workout. Our fitness instructors will challenge you with multi-level and intense intervals on a specialized stationary bike.

Flow Yoga

Level: All
In this Vinyasa yoga class, your poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

YogaSculpt

Level: All
YogaSculpt is a fusion of strength (light weights) and vinyasa yoga. Mixing strength training moves with yoga postures allows you to tone and shape your body in a fun, effective and safe environment. Set to upbeat music, this class will increase your endurance and your metabolism – a perfect balance to your weekly yoga practice.  Room is slightly heated.

Barre

Level: All
(Registration is required to attend classes)
A total body workout designed to tone and sculpt while incorprating both strength training and flexibility. This class is a fusion of yoga, Pilates and elements of ballet. You will work both on the mat and at the barre. Be prepare for a bit of cardio, too.

Power Yoga

Level: All
This traditional Yoga class emphasizes physical and mental relaxation through a progressive series of slow yoga stretches and poses. The small class-size format is perfect for meeting your individual needs through the use of equipment such as mats and bolsters.

Pilates with Yoga Fusion

Level: All
The challenging fusion workout will strengthen, stretch and tone your entire body. The dynamic blend of movement increases strength, balance and agility, while relaxing and focusing your mind.

Yoga Strength

Level: All
Challenging and dynamic, this Vinyasa class will use the invigorating flow of breath and movement to build heat, flexibility, and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment. You will leave feeling stronger and more balanced. The pace is quick but suitable for all levels.

Strength and Balance

Level: All
Full-body, all around, low impact workout where you set you own pace. Develop core strength, flexibility, balance, cardio endurance and agility.

Total Core

Level: All
Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Walk taller, feel stronger. May include a variety of equipment.

TRX®

Level: All

TRX® Suspension Training® is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

Cardio Kickboxing

Level: All
This ultimate cardiovascular challenge includes a sport-specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy-to-follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength and endurance training, and a Tai-Chi like cool-down.

Total Strength

Level: All
Challenge all major muscle groups with squats, presses, lifts and curls as you strengthen tone and define your entire body. Determine how hard you want to work by choosing the appropriate weights. A variety of equipment will be used during classes.

ZUMBA™

Level: All
Zumba™ is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance to create a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout. These fun and easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
